A traction battery and its wiring are sealed and monitored precisely because they are high voltage; the system is designed to isolate itself if it detects a fault, and that design is the reason the answer is yes rather than the reason it is a worry.
What actually changes in the monsoon is more ordinary. Regeneration behaves differently on a wet road because grip does. Range drops a little when the lights, the wipers and the fan are all working for the whole trip. Neither is a fault, and both are worth knowing before you read them as one.
