What this site is, and is not.

This site is published by MV Dugar Group, the distributor that handles Kaifeng sales, service, parts and warranty in Nepal. The showroom is at Panipokhari, Kathmandu, and the contacts on it — [email protected] and +977 971-4597832 — reach the same people who answer everything else here. Kaifeng is the vehicle manufacturer's marque, not ours.

A catalogue and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it can be bought, there is no account to open, no payment is taken anywhere on it, and no order is placed through it. Every transaction happens between you and the showroom, in person or over the phone, on whatever paperwork that involves.

Using the site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the site is still free to read — but the sentences below are what we are relying on when we publish it.

Specifications, dimensions, range, equipment and prices shown here are indicative. Some are still being confirmed against the manufacturer's own sheets, vehicles are built to more than one configuration, and duties, freight and taxes move prices in Nepal without warning.

The figures that bind anybody are the ones on a written quotation or order from the showroom for a particular vehicle on a particular day. Where this site and that document disagree, that document is right.

It is arithmetic on the numbers you type into it, run in your own browser. It is not an offer of credit, not an application, and not a quotation: no lender sees it, nothing is submitted, and nothing about it says you will be approved or at what rate. Real instalments depend on the lender's rate, tenure, fees and assessment on the day.

Sending the contact form starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not reserve a vehicle, hold a price, confirm a test drive or commit either side to anything — those happen when somebody answers you and arranges them.

Warranty, servicing and parts are governed by the warranty document supplied with the vehicle and by the terms of sale, not by anything written on this website. Nothing here extends, shortens or varies them.

The text, photographs, layout and design belong to MV Dugar Group or to the people who licensed them to us, and the Kaifeng name and marque belong to the manufacturer. Read it, quote it, link to it — but republishing the material or using it commercially needs permission first, and it is a short email to ask.

A few links leave the site — a map, directions, the distributor's other pages. What happens after that is the other site's business and under the other site's terms, and we do not control what they show or what they collect.

The site is published as it is. It can be changed, added to, or taken down for maintenance without notice, and we cannot promise it is reachable at every moment. When something on it changes materially, the date at the top of this page moves with it.

The site is published from Kathmandu for the Nepali market, and these terms are read under the law of Nepal. Everything on it — the range, the prices, the finance, the service — describes what is available in Nepal through MV Dugar Group and nowhere else.
